VENTO LAUNCHED.........

Volkswagen recently launched its all new sedan the VENTO. The car has been targeted to take the likes of City, SX4,Linea and Verna. The car comes with a ex-showroom price tag of  RS 6.99lakh for the base trendline version goes upto RS 8.23lakh for the top high line version.The car is available in both petrol and diesel engines. 
The car is made on a extended POLO platform but it is not just a POLO with a boot it is much more than that.
The vento has a larger wheel base which provides the car with ample of space for the rear and the front passenger.
The company has offered 2 engine options for the car 1.6 liter petrol and 1.6 liter turbo diesel engine, both the engines have max power output of 103.95 BHP. Both cars have a DOHC
16-valve engine.
VW has provided 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic triptronic transmission for the petrol and only 5-speed manual for the diesel.
The triptronic transmission allows you to use your automatic transmission in a manual mode.
The car has an electronic power steering and has an independent front and semi independent rear suspension.
The boot space is generous 484 liters, and the car has a fuel tank capacity of 55 lts.
The top end version of the both petrol and diesel models gets advanced features like Single zone automatic climate control AC,ABS(anti-lock brakes),Dual airbags,Rear AC vents,powered mirrors,remote key less entry,15 inch alloy wheels.
The vento is the first car in the segment to have a dual rear AC vent.
It also has a unique feature to control the movement of the front passenger seat by a rear mounted slider, so you can adjust the front passenger seat from behind,so no more disturbing the driver while he is driving,you can adjust your leg room seating behind.
